The war was already over in the West when the Yanks nuked the Japanese.
Well whyd we wait then? Did we wait just so we could have an excuse to ruin the beautiful Japanese culture?
There’s no ‘we’ in this. I ain’t American. The nuke wasn’t finished until the last days of the war. I don’t condone the use of nuclear weaponry, and I don’t think it should have been used, but it was. Can’t change the past. Do you think that the Germans should have been nuked?
Um youre white so this does include you. And yes we should have nuked the Germans if we were going to nuke a minority
Nukes shouldn’t have been employed, end of. Saying that one culture should have been nuked in lieu of another makes you just as bad as the cunts that dropped the bomb.
So you have to bring the c-word into this because Im a woman voicing an opinion? No. Its racist to spare the Germans and not the Japanese idc if the war was over in the west.
Before we dropped the bombs on Japan Germany had already surrendered. The Japanese caused Pearl Harbor. If it wasn’t for that they US would have entered the war much later.
Im just CRACKING up right now. Go ahead victim blame the Japanese idc. So ridic.
This is so ridiculous. Second, are you aware of what the Japanese did in the Philippines?
Yea and they did bad things but so did the Germands and they germands got fucking spared cause theyre write.
YOU STUPID IDIOT, GERMANY DIDNT GET NUKED BECAUSE THEY HAD FUCKING SURRENDERED. WHY NUKE A COUNTRY THAT YOU HAVE BEATEN.
s for nuking Japan:
Pros of nuking japan:
war would end much faster.
millions of people would be saved (both japanese, american, and most of the southern hemisphere) due to there being no land invasion of japan.
The pros outweigh the cons.
Reblogging for the last comment.
The Cons were the destruction of 1 cities and the loss of around a hundred thousand lives. But the Pros still outweight that, and what America did when they dropped the bomb was showing muscles, telling Japan to “Surrender now or we will erase you”, and as Japan had no defense against the bombs did they choose the right thing. I don’t think anyone regrets it.
